Owner, General Contractor, and Job Site Superintendent, Randal Kerby started his building career in property management, eventually heading up various facilities and maintenance departments. His skills and construction talent were superior, and his ability to multitask allowed him take on multiple large projects. He continued to sharpen his construction and business skills working as a construction manager for the Quick Stop Corporation, a mini mart franchise, for two and half years. This included the new construction of 16 stores and the remodel of 50 stores. With this ability and passion to build structures he obtained his General Contractor’s license in 1981. Soon after in 1983, he earned his degree in Construction Technology Engineering at the University of Sacramento. Since then he has completed numerous private and public projects around the bay area ranging from $10 thousand to $2 million in size.
