Built new exterior facade elevations to upgrade an old shopping center.

Scope of work: New concrete sidewalks and structural foundations, new steel and wood framing used to frame new exterior elevations. Other related trades included stucco, sheet metal, roofing, painting, store front, electrical and landscaping.
